We ensure our personalized products are free from manufacturing errors or defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you can return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a swift exchange for the same item or a full refund. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be just the way you envision it! We understand that mistakes happen (including on our end!), so please review your personalization details before submitting your order. During our busy holiday season, we strive to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However, due to high demand and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be slight delays in delivery. If we fail to meet our delivery guarantee, we will refund your shipping & handling fees once we confirm the delay. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances affecting Chiketa Custom Creations or our carriers.
