At Chiketa Custom Creations, we specialize in making personalized gift-giving simple, quick, and perfect – guaranteed! We handpick only the finest quality gifts, which are then customized specifically for you. Each item undergoes a meticulous quality and accuracy check before it is shipped to you or a special recipient.

We ensure our personalized products are free from manufacturing errors or defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you can return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a swift exchange for the same item or a full refund. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. All refund and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We want your order to be just the way you envision it! We understand that mistakes happen (including on our end!), so please review your personalization details before submitting your order. Double-check spellings, dates, and names. If you have any questions about personalization, feel free to email us at chiketascrafts@gmail.com before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been placed, as they go into production immediately. Please note: Chiketa Custom Creations reserves the right to cancel any order deemed inappropriate due to language, content, or material.

During our busy holiday season, we strive to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However, due to high demand and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there may be slight delays in delivery. If we fail to meet our delivery guarantee, we will refund your shipping & handling fees once we confirm the delay. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances affecting Chiketa Custom Creations or our carriers. Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 4-5 business days for the personalization process and an additional 5-8 business days for shipping transit time.

  • Orders can ship via: FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Home, FedEx Ground, UPS Mail  with final delivery by the U.S. Postal Service in some cases
